30 Day Novice* to learn and engrain your new fitness program.
    8 Half Hour Sessions (2 or 3 times per week)

30 Day Intermediate* to add challenges to your current program.
    8 Forty-Five Minute Sessions (2 or 3 times per week)

30 Day Challenger* to achieve a new level of fitness and get off a plateau.
    8 One Hour Sessions (2 or 3 times per week)

30 Day "On the Ball" Intensive Core Training*
    8 Half Hour Sessions

Shared Sessions: Work with a spouse, teen, son, daughter or friend through one of the above programs or a customized program.

Small Group Sessions: 2 to 4 like-minded people.

*All program packages include a full fitness assessment and follow up telephone or e-mail support.
